Choreographer

Vendela is a fearless dancer with amazing technique and legs for days. Her charisma always mesmerizes the audience and leaves them wanting more. She has been dancing since the age of three and is a trained dancer with a broad dance background in several styles, mainly ballet, jazz and contemporary, as well as street dance. Her prior education and experience make her a great choreographer and a great dancer.

She has got herself a thorough education at Lunds Dans- och Musikalgymnasium in ballet, jazz and contemporary in particular and then continued with a modern dance pre education with Karin Nedergaard. Vendela has experience teaching at several dance schools such as Malmö Dansakademi and Kulturskolan in Lund, and in addition she also trained skaters in ballet. Vendela is a member of the professional dance agency Blac Opal where she performs in different kind of styles. If that wasn’t enough she was also assigned Lions Cultural Award in Lund 2015 for her excellent performance during the last few years. Vendela has performed in a various kind of productions: HAIR (The Musical) at Malmös Nöjesteater and A Christmas show at Glasklart. She has also competed in a dance competition at Skånes dansteater and been one of Sharday’s lead dancers for the last three years.
